From the moment I rang Spanos Electricool everything went smoothly. The receptionist could book us in very quickly to match our available dates and our air-con technician was here a few days later. Had a replacement aircon unit installed and a new new unit put in bedroom. Pricing was in line with other quotes, but they actually came out and looked first, gave info on best units to use and the cost ended up exactly as quoted. Turned up at the stated time, cleaned up and put furniture back after they had finished. Great local company that were rommended to us on a local facebook community page and I won't hesitate to recommend them as well.

Very, very expensive. Thomas did a neat and efficient job upgrading our water heater circuit including an isolator switch. Very professional company but you do pay $$$ for it. The work took only 2hrs with materials less than $100 (sparkydirect) but the bill was $792.38. That's approximately $350 an hour labour. The price is negotiated before the work is done and I was quoted $900 initially but after saying I expected more like $500 for this job so he reduced it. We needed the job done to get hot water and would have paid an attendance fee anyway. Although Spanos offer a great service and professionalism their pricing would likely prohibit us from using them again or recommending to them.
