When we lost power on one of our home's main circuits and the breaker kept tripping, I knew this was beyond my DIY capabilities. After calling Spanos ElectriCool, they had a team on-site within just 2 hours - impressive response time for what felt like an urgent situation.The issue initially appeared to stem from an outdoor appliance, complicated by poor waterproofing work done by our original builders around some exterior power points. After being let down by two other local firms I was pleased to hear back from CJ at Spanos within two minutes of leaving a message.As we spoke of my electrical needs and my own as I am disabled, she was marvellous at arranging a time to suit. A couple of days later CJ rang offering me a sooner appointment, which I was delighted with.Kyle and Dan arrived and were very friendly and soon got about their work. The jobs were clearly explained and options given.Very happy with the work and overall service.

Julia and Tom at Spanos have been amazing. We had to replace the PC board and then later the touchscreen for our ducted LG air-con system.
