Split System & Cassette Servicing includes:
- antibacterial wash of the complete unit
- cleaning the complete indoor unit, fins & filters
- checking and testing gas levels
- clean cowl
- complete visual inspection
- cleaning of moving parts
- ensure electrical connections are safe, clean and free of corrosion
- ensuring outdoor compressor units are operating within specification
- ensuring all conduit and cabling is in good standing and free of corrosion and sun damage
- removal of debris where required
- providing on the spot solutions for any Air Con Unit that is not performing as its peak
- Full operational testing on completion to ensure the unit is running as it should be
Ducted System Servicing includes:
- flush drain
- antibacterial wash of the unit
- cleaning of the complete unit, fins and filters
- checking and testing gas levels
- checking of drain tray for any blockages and removal where necessary
- cleaning of coils
- confirmation of airflow and temperature at all outlets
- check S traps
- ensure electrical connections are safe, clean and free of corrosion
- ensuring outdoor compressor units are operating within specification
- ensuring all conduit and cabling is in good standing and free of corrosion and sun damage
- removal of debris where required
- providing on the spot solutions for any Air Con Unit that is not performing as it should be
- Full operational testing on completion to ensure the unit is running as it should
