Very professional company but you do pay $$$ for it. The work took only 2hrs with materials less than $100 (sparkydirect) but the bill was $792.38. That's approximately $350 an hour labour. The price is negotiated before the work is done and I was quoted $900 initially but after saying I expected more like $500 for this job so he reduced it. We needed the job done to get hot water and would have paid an attendance fee anyway.
