WHO ARE SPANOS ELECTRICOOL?

Spanos ElectriCool is your locally owned and operated Brisbane Electrical and Air Conditioning service: Whether you’re a homeowner, property manager, construction firm, business owner, or a builder that needs a reliable commercial or residential electrician our team can help. We specialise in electrical maintenance, complete home or office fit-outs, air conditioning installations, residential services, commercial services and industrial services.

Spanos ElectriCool – Electrical & Air Conditioning was started by us, Kyle and Julia Spanos from our small unit all 80 square metres of it, in Coorparoo a small suburb south of Brisbane, and the good old Nissan Maxima our family car. Demand grew quickly and within 10 months the company and our family moved to a bigger house with a separate office and workshop.

In 2018 Spanos ElectriCool expanded even further and secured a commercial premises to better suit the needs of our growing administration team and field technicians. This has ensure we are constantly able to meet our customers’ needs as our work vans are stocked daily at our Mansfield Workshop by our team of well-trained Electricians.

WHO ARE KYLE AND JULIA SPANOS?

Let’s go back to the beginning, Kyle the ultimate Australian and Julia a true proud All Black supporting New Zealander were just two young 26 year old single fun loving individuals enjoying a night out at their soon to be favourite bar “The Story Bridge Hotel” with separate friends on the 8th October 2011 when they glanced at one another from across the room, got talking, and the rest is history!

Love blossomed quickly for Julia and Kyle and after the loved up pair moved in together, Julia continued her job working in the Finance/Banking industry in Brisbane city whilst Kyle worked as an Electrician and refrigeration Mechanic doing Air Conditioning and Electrical in demountable buildings in Mooranbah and Dysart, 10 days on, 4 days off until the exciting news that they were expecting their first child.

Six years later Julia and Kyle are happily married with 2 happy, healthy, fun, energetic children Cooper and Zoe who we are so proud of, and Bear our maltese/shitzu courier alerting workshop guard dog. Along with our business, which could be considered our third child, as it has grown so fast. However, on December 31^st 2020 the business became the fourth child as Julia & Kyle welcomed their healthy baby boy Rocco. The office is now managed by Kelly who keeps the Spanos ElectriCool qualified and licensed field technicians in line on a daily basis

Julia and Kyle still frequent the Story Bridge Hotel for a satisfying meal, a good night out and on anniversaries and have recently climbed the Story Bridge and witnessed sunset, it was HEAVEN and we plan to do it again at Sunrise.
